MEET FINNSTER'S
WHIPPETS

I have owned all kinds of dogs, from little ones to Goldens to labs, and from mixed, to purebred, to rescue dogs. I loved them all. To own a dog is to experience unconditional love and loyal friendship. When my rescue Labrador crossed the Rainbow Bridge, I researched various breeds and fell in love with whippets. Their deep chests, long legs, sleek silhouettes, elegant styles, and gentle spirits were impressive. I purchased my first whippet, acquired a second, and continue growing my beloved whippet family.
Aside from my whippet adventures, I have spent the last 40+ years serving others as an ordained minister, educator, and author, and I hold three doctorates (D.Min,, Ph.D., J.D.). That's how I earn a living, but I raise and breed AKC registered whippets for showing in the ring or as awesome family pets out of pure love and joy.

Here are some things you should know about me:

• I was mentored by a distinguished whippet breeder with 30+ years of experience and named a 2024 Top Whippet Breeder in the American Whippet Club Annual Yearly Review Magazine.

• I participate in AKC dog shows.

• I am a member of a local kennel club that hosts an annual AKC dog show.

• I have completed several AKC Canine College courses (Dog Breeding Fundamentals, Whippet Breed Course, Stewarding at Dog Shows).

• Honesty and integrity are cherished principles to me and I practice what I preach.

• I love my whippets, treat them well, and they are part of my family.

• I breed whippets for the love of it and the joy of helping others discover the wonderful world of whippets.
